Preparation of Surface: Wash with household detergent. Remove all wax, grease, oil, scaling paint or other impurities. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and let dry. Fill crack and holes. Dull the shine on glossy surface with sand paper or steel wool. Sources of water leaks must be repaired. NEW CONCRETE AND CEMENT: Free lime must be removed by washing surface with saluting of zinc sulphate, 3 lbs. to a gallon of water. Use one gallon of solute per 100 square feet of surface. Allow to dry for 24 hours. Rinse with clear water: allow to dry, and then sweep away reaming crystals. Apply paint as directed.

APPLICATION: use a good quality full sized bristle wall brush, roller or spray gun. Apply generously to small areas at a time (about 3’ x 4’) working to wet edge. When using roller do not press or roll too quickly. If second coat is desired allow first coat to dry thoroughly. WASHING: Washable in one month. Wash with a large, soft sponge, water and mild soap.

On a smooth in good conditioned area, this paint will cover 360 square feet per gallon or 90 square feet per quart over its own or similar color. Rough or textured surfaces will require more paint to cover. Clean up: Remove all spatters immediately with a cloth, wet with paint thinner or mineral spirits.
