Glossy surfaces must be dulled by sanding prior painting, Remove loose paint by scraping. Sanding dust must be removed prior to paint application. Wash to remove contaminants. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow drying. Mildew must be removed by washing 16 oz. liquid bleach and 2 oz. non-ammoniated liquid detergent per gallon of water. Rinse with water and allow drying for 24 hours.

Stir thoroughly with lifting motion until uniform mixture is obtained. Stir occasionally during use. For best results use a high quality natural bristle brush. Roller covers should be a short nap mohair or similar type professional cover. Paint can also be sprayed. Do not apply if surface or air temperature is below 45 degrees F or above 95 degrees F. Tools and equipment should be cleaned with mineral spirits. This product is intended to be used directly form can. DO NOT THIN. Prime the entire surface to ensure a uniform appearance of the top coat. After priming, test for bleed- through by applying the top coat to a small area. If the stain bleeds through the top coat, apply a second coat of primer and test again before top coating the entire surface. If bleeding continues, a longer time is needed before top coating.
